Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Production Time
All cards are made to order given personalisation. Production typically takes 0–2 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following Delivery Partners options at checkout:

Royal Mail 1st Class – £1.90
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days) -
Royal Mail 2nd Class – £1.40
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days) -
Evri Tracked – £5.99
Estimated delivery: 1 working day from dispatch (if order made before 2pm).
(Including production time: total estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days
Order Tracking
Please note that both 1st and 2nd Class options are untracked. If you require tracked shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Our delivery partners may occasionally experience delays beyond our control (e.g., during peak periods or due to strikes or adverse weather). Please allow a few extra days before contacting us about a late delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
